Crystal clear and amber in color with a nice lingering foam, our newest West Coast IPA was brewed with Cascade hops from @huntinghousehopyard in Glocester, RI. It comes in with aromas of spruce and grapefruit, is crisp AF, and its firm bitterness is beautifully balanced out with flavors of sweet orange peel, grapefruit, and spruce.

Aromas of spruce and pine sap meld with peppermint, grapefruit, and citrus pith. Bright and lively on the palate with flavors of grapefruit, candied orange peel, and spruce. Finishes perfectly with that resinous bitterness.

Collaboration with Southern Grist for Proc's 9th Anniversary. A Negroni-Inspired West Coast IPA with Orange Peel, Gentian Root, Rhubarb Root, and Licorice Root.
Bright orange in color, this beer pours with a spectacular, fluffy foam and aromas of orange peel immediately burst out of the glass. Bubbly and effervescent, herbaceous bitterness gives way to sweet notes of orange, lemon, and coriander.
