(Command C, Command V) Just another hazy Double IPA with stupid delicious flavors of honeydew melon and tangerine swirling about and aromas of walking through a citrus farm in the rain.

IPA dry-hopped with Citra and El Dorado hops. Rounded, easy-drinking body, with notes of orange, pineapple, mango, and fresh cut grass.

With Galaxy, Rakau, and Mosaic hops

IPA with Coconut. Aromas of tropical fruits and coconut. Smooth and creamy flavors of citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, and coconut. With Centennial Cryo, Citra and Sabro hops.

With Mango, Strawberries, Blueberries, and Lactose

Our second batch. Imperial Sour Ale with Raspberries, Mango, Blueberries, and Lactose.

Kölsch. Zesty, sweet, and citrus notes from mandarina hops. Crisp, light, and unbelievably refreshing.

With Pineapple and Orange. This beer was brewed with a few rice varietals and a little organic cane sugar to help dry it out. Then it was lightly dry-hopped, conditioned on a bunch of pineapples and oranges, and carbed up nice and high. The result is a dry, light, and refreshing chugger.

With Blackberry and Hibiscus.

Aromas of citrus, rose, and blackberry preserves with flavor notes of light berry and a flora presence. The second version of this beer was brewed with a few rice varietals and a little organic cane sugar to help dry it out. It was lightly dry-hopped, conditioned on blackberries and dried hibiscus flowers, and then carbed up nice and high. The result is a dry, light, and refreshing chugger.

With Cherry, Grapefruit, and Spruce Tips.

Aromas of sweet, ripe cherry and fresh spruce tips like walking through a New England forest in the summer. Crushable and refreshing, backed by crisp ruby red grapefruit on the tongue, you'll need this in your beach coolers.

An Essential Triple IPA with Strata, Wai-iti, Moutere, and Mosaic hops. Aromas of fruity pebbles, canteloupe, and watermelon. Smooth, velvety mouthfeel with notes of ripe limeade, watermelon juice, and sweet, sweet gummy candy.

Collaboration with Oberlin and Gift Horse restaurants. Italian Pilsner made with heirloom corn from Maine Grains. Aromas of grapefruit juice and raspberries give way to subtle cornmeal notes. It drinks bright and crisp and its effervescent carbonation balances nicely with a herbaceous/floral bitterness that gives way to flavors of cornmeal, red berries, and currants. 5% abv.

Strong aromas of mango and lime. Notes of pineapple, grapefruit, lemon lime candy, and a hint of pine.

Silky, or should I say, cashmere soft on the tongue with tantalizing aromas of melon and peach skin with slight herbal thyme notes. Mouthwatering flavors of honeydew, citrus, and thyme.

With pineapple, vanilla, and lactose. Flavors of a Dole fruit cup with a light overarching taste of bright rosehip bitters and backed up with a small amount of a floral pineapple skin and freshly cut flowers.

Full up to the hop saturation point with Australian hops Enigma, Galaxy, and Pacifica hops. An upfront flavor of vibrant orange/tangelo creamsicle and a supporting layer of papaya and mango.

Crystal clear and amber in color with a nice lingering foam, our newest West Coast IPA was brewed with Cascade hops from @huntinghousehopyard in Glocester, RI. It comes in with aromas of spruce and grapefruit, is crisp AF, and its firm bitterness is beautifully balanced out with flavors of sweet orange peel, grapefruit, and spruce.

Belgian Wheat Beer with Lemon Peel, Coriander & Hibiscus. This Belgian Wheat (aka Wit. aka White) will enchant you with notes of clove and citrus on the nose and a fluffy, bright white foam. It pours a delightful peachy color thanks to the hibiscus, which also lends a light tartness to this crispy and refreshing brew.

Ale with Papaya and Pineapple Guava (does not contain lactose). Tastes like a Grapefruit Bellini brunch cocktail with a sexy skewer of tropical fruits hanging out of it.

With Belma, Barbe Rouge, and Mandarina Bavaria hops. Aromas of strawberries and cream with Meyer lemon and tangerine. Up front flavors of citrus zest and pith then smooth out to creamy flavors of strawberry and apricot.

Made with oatmilk and hopped with Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Bru-1. Aromas of bubblegum and cantaloupe, soft flavors of citrus zest and stone fruit with a velvety smooth finish. *Does NOT contain lactose

This is a thiccboi, hit with a massive amount of Nelson riding with an El Dorado sidecar, exploding with tastesations of funky white grape, orange sherbert, grilled peaches, and yellow starburst with grassy, dirty-in-a-good-way special Southern Hemisphere terroir funk for days.

This beer has the same grain bill as It Feels Like We Only Go Backwards with a new killer hop combo of Strata, Cashmere, and Idaho 7 hops.

Aromas of Dubble Bubble, cantaloupe, and lemon peel. Flavor notes of citrus peel, honeydew and cantaloupe melon, mango gummy bears, with a pleasant breadiness.

Featuring some locally malted Pilsner malt from Stone Path Malt. Crisp and refreshing with subtle notes of honeydew melon and Orange Julius from the mall. Less peppery and more floral.

Oat dominated grist. Guava and papaya sweetness with a lingering hint of sweet cream. Notes of floral, peppercorn, earthy dank, and orange peel.

This name was used quite a long time ago for an oak aged ale that we brewed once and retired. We liked the name though and thought it worked perfectly for our Berliner Weisse.

March 2022- Berliner Weisse with Peach and Orange- Delightfully refreshing, this bright, orange beer is reminiscent of the artisanal drink we all grew up with (right next to the “purple stuff” in the fridge!) with the perfect amount of fruit and zero lactose.

Berliner Weisse with Blueberry & Pineapple

IPA with Sabro, Enigma, Ekuanot cryo hops. Aromas of lemon grass, candied orange peel, mint, and honey. Drinks light on the palate with a nice, light bitterness that gives way to flavors of orange, honey and lemon grass.

Herbal aroma, floral citrus taste, pronounced bitterness. Light in color and texture.

with Strata, Pacifica, and a touch of Nelson hops. Soft notes of cantaloupe, gooseberry, and citrus rind envelop the taste buds, while the tongue is caressed by pillowy softness.

American Pale Ale dry hopped with Strata and Nelson Sauvin hops. It has enticing fruity aromatics with flavors of strawberry, passionfruit, melon, gooseberry, and a mild malt sweetness from the honey malt grain bill. It finishes somewhat dry with a faint citrusy zest.

The same base beer as Mono/Stereo, but aged in oak. This beer has a nice bright, mild lemonesque acidity, funk, and oakiness.

With Comet, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Creamy mouthfeel with dynamite notes of grapefruit, raspberry, tangerine, sweet cream, and a touch of grassiness.

with Orange and Lactose. Aroma, appearance, and notes of orange creamsicle.

Sour DIPA with MASSIVE amounts of mango, passionfruit, tangerine, and toasted coconut, along with an eeeentsy weeeensty bit of vanilla to round it out. Contains lactose.

Pours a nice dark brown with aromas of toffee, caramel, and a small amount of fruity esters. This beer is medium-bodied with flavors of toffee, nut, and dried fig.

A melody of fresh lemon and orange rind, pleasant and lightly bitter, with a sweet earthy finish.
