It’s that time of year. The holidays are approaching, where we’ll consume all the things and reach for that extra cookie every single day. Then, January hits and we all start to rethink how we’re living. We decide to eat healthier, work out more, use our phones less. But as the months go by, we slowly creep back into our old habits and a year from now, the cycle begins again.

To commemorate this annual tradition, we release our year-end beer, Fitter. Happier. This Double IPA with Cashmere, Vic Secret, and Azacca hops explodes with notes of guava, pineapple, melon, and earthiness and is here to remind us that all we can do is try our best. It’s the thought that counts, right?

Fitter. Happier. More Productive. Keep in contact with old friends. Enjoy a drink now and then.

We’ve been hard at work secretly digging a tunne

We’ve been hard at work secretly digging a tunnel with our friends on the other side of the bay. Oh, and we made a beer too!

Our collaboration with @pivotalbrewingcompany, Warwick to Bristol Tunnel, is an IPA with Strata, Anchovy, and @huntinghousehopyard Comet hops. It has aromas of that infamous strawberry hard candy (yes, the one with the wrapper that looks like a 🍓) and incredible flavors of grapefruit, melon, starfruit, pink guava, citrus, and pink Starbursts. 7.0% abv.

Let’s be honest, even with the many “hydration” breaks, we will probably be done digging the tunnel before the Washington Bridge is fixed!

Even though we can’t wait for Stout Day on Sunday, we still love our crispybois, and Capisce is back on the shelves in the taproom today!

With aromas of grapefruit juice, raspberries, and subtle cornmeal notes, this beer drinks bright and crisp and its effervescent carbonation balances nicely with a herbaceous/floral bitterness that gives way to flavors of cornmeal, red berries, and currants.

On Sunday, we will have been open in this Warwick location for 7 years which is just truly insane. We have you all to thank for that. Your continued support and love over the years has been incredible and we appreciate everyone from our regulars, our weekly trivia players, those that come back each year during their summer vacation, people traveling through TF Green, those coming for a friend’s birthday party, and every person in between!

And to my staff, you’re the heart of Proc. The love and incredible work you put into this place is seen (and tasted) by and everyone that steps into the taproom, drinks a beer on tap at a restaurant, or grabs a 4pk at their local retailer. Proc wouldn’t be what it is without you. THANK YOU for everything!
