A collaboration with our friends at Beervana Fest.
Open Fermented Dark Saison aged in Whiskey Barrels with Rhubarb and Plums. The rhubarb was cultivated with love on Brendan Kennedy's farm. After harvesting, he took the rhubarb and simmered them with plums for 8 hours to reduce them down and caramelize the sugars
Pouring an amber cola color with fine, tan bubbles, it’s aromas of Luxardo maraschino cherries, raspberries, figs, and molasses will draw you in immediately. It’s light body and pleasant level of acidity give way to flavors of plum, brown sugar, and rhubarb to complete the full body takeover.
