Collaboration with Phantasm. Phantasm powder is a thiol derived from New Zealand’s Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes and is used in conjunction with hops to add complexity and create an even bigger, brighter tropical nose. With this beer, we also used Cosmic Punch™ yeast which biotransforms compounds found in malt and hops to unleash thiols that evoke grapefruit, passion fruit, and guava aromas reminiscent of Phantasm. Wombo-combo for ultimate flavor impact.
Flavors of orange, pineapple, grapefruit, and lychee, along with aromas of all of the above, plus Sauvignon Blanc. Creamy mouthfeel with bright, tropical vibes.
